From Shed to Stable

 What happens when you tidy up a shed…you can fit a horse in there!

The Grass is Greener

 Patrick, a most handsome cob with whom I am privileged to be acquainted, resides in the College Valley here in Northumberland. He conceded to model for ‘Captain’, the horse in Where My Wellies Take Me… who Pippa takes out for a ride. This large drypoint & monoprint depicts Captain and Pippa and was done for the booklaunch at The Illustration Cupboard in London. The work has recently shown among others at The Kinsman Blake Gallery’s annual Exhibition of the Horse where it has sold, so it looks like Patrick in printed form at least will be grazing over the border from now on.
